Roommates and i ran at midnite...we're going to start making it a nightly thing! REGARDLESS of WAT UR DOING!!
my goal is to lose 10 pounds by Halloween...its the 9th today...its COMPLETELY DOABLE!
im feeling less of a sexy beeotch! nd more of a fat slob now..SMH! but all i need is a kick start...one of my friends sent me a 3 day diet...i'll post it below this entry. IM hoping i'll make it! im pretty sure i can! although i will have to LAY OFF the fatty foods!! lol...well best of luck to me!

3 Day Diet: Lose 10 lbs (The Kaiser Way)
DAY 1
Breakfast: ½ grapefruit, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 slice of toast
Lunch: ½ cup of tuna, 1 slice of toast, coffee or tea
Dinner: 3 oz. of any type of meat, 1 cup of beets, 1 cup of green beans, 1small apple, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
DAY 2
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice of toast, ½ of a banana
Lunch: 1 cup of cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers
Dinner: 2 hot dogs (just wieners), 1 cup of broccoli, ½ cup of carrots, ½ a banana, ½ cup of vanilla ice cream
DAY 3
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, 1slice of toast
Lunch: 1 oz. of cheese, 5 saltine crackers
Dinner: ½ cup of tuna, 1 cup of beets, 1 cup of cauliflower, ½ cantaloupe, ½ cup of vanilla ice cream
